HC/HM type electric hoist is a special product with large hoisting capacity, compact structure and stable operation. It can be widely used in factory, mine, port, warehouse, power station, etc. The lifting capacity is from 0.5 to 100t.
Advantage
1. Hoist Rope drum deep-grooved with heavy-duty rope guide as standard.
2. Heavy-duty DC disc brake rated at 200% torque, provides quickly, positive stops and load holding. The DC brake does not oscillate like an AC brake.
3. Hoist Motors designed and manufactured specifically for hoisting service.
4. All controls housed in a NEMA 4/12 enclosure with easily accessible electrical components.
5. Triple reduction hoist gearing in an oil tight gear case.
6. Heavy steel frame provides a solid foundation and positive alignment of key components.
7. Low headroom design assures maximum hook travel.
8. Trolley is easily adjustable to handle a wide range of beam flange widths.
9. Hoist Upper/lower geared limit switch is standard for regulated load travel.
